Acceptable Use & Disclaimer

Last updated: 18 August 2026

This page sets out how ProvenAudience verdicts should be understood and used, and the rules for using the service responsibly. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1.Verdicts are automated estimates — and may be wrong

The essential point

A ProvenAudience score, verdict or certificate — including any FAKE or UNCLEAR result — is an automated estimate and an opinion formed from a limited sample of public data at a moment in time. It is not a statement of fact, not a certification, and not an accusation that any named person or channel has done anything wrong. It can be incomplete, out of date, or simply mistaken.

Our signals measure how an audience behaves during a short live sample and how a channel’s public history holds together. They are chosen because they are hard to fake — but no automated method is perfect, sampling is finite, and legitimate channels can sometimes look unusual (and vice versa). Treat a verdict as one input into your own due diligence, never as the last word.

2.Not professional, financial or legal advice

Nothing on ProvenAudience is financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice. We do not tell you whether to enter a sponsorship, how much to pay, or whether any deal is sound — the deal-pricing tools produce illustrative estimates from market benchmarks, not recommendations. All commercial decisions are yours, and you should take your own professional advice where appropriate.

3.Not affiliated with Kick or any streamer

ProvenAudience is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kick.com, any streamer, any casino brand, or any sponsor named in the service. Channel names and brand names are used only to identify the public subject of an audit. A verdict is our assessment of public data; it is not a claim about the character or conduct of any individual.

4.Acceptable use

When you use ProvenAudience and its output, you agree that you will:

The full acceptable-use commitments are in section 4 of the Terms of Service.

5.Report a correction

If you are a streamer or a rights-holder and you believe a verdict about a channel is inaccurate, out of date, or unfair, tell us and we will review it in good faith. We can re-audit, annotate or remove a public verdict where appropriate, and we honour data-subject requests as described in our Privacy Policy. Contact [email protected].

6.Responsible gambling

ProvenAudience is a business-to-business tool for evaluating streaming audiences in the iGaming sector. It is not a gambling product, does not offer or promote gambling to consumers, and nothing here is an inducement to gamble. Gambling carries real financial risk and can be harmful. If you or someone you know is affected by gambling, please seek support from a responsible-gambling organisation in your country (for example, [PLACEHOLDER: local responsible-gambling helpline / resource]).
